Fire Extinguisher

A fire extinguisher is a crucial safety device used to control or extinguish small fires, often in emergency situations. It is not designed for use on an out-of-control fire, such as one which has reached the ceiling, endangers the user (i.e., no escape route, smoke, explosion hazard, etc.), or otherwise requires the expertise of a fire brigade. Class D: For flammable metals, often specific to the type of metal.
Class K: For kitchen fires that involve cooking oils, trans fats, or fats in cooking appliances.

An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for fire extinguishers is a service provided by professionals to ensure that fire extinguishers are in good working order and ready to use in case of an emergency. This service generally includes:

Regular Inspections: Professional checks to ensure devices are in the correct location and have not been tampered with or damaged.
Maintenance: Includes checking the pressure gauge, refilling the extinguishing agent, and replacing parts as necessary.
Certification: Ensuring the fire extinguisher meets local safety standards and regulations.
